vipto asked:

Recently I have been having problems sleeping. I either can’t fall asleep at all, or when I do I just wake up a few hours later; and even when I get over 10 hours of sleep, in the morning, it feels like I got no sleep at all. Then the other day, I say the sleep number bed on tv and thought it looked perfect, but when I saw some ratings online, they weren’t that good. So if anyone knows of a good mattress, PLEASE let me know about them!

like the girl listed below: tempurpedic is the best!!

my dad has broken his collar bone and it is hard for him to lay on his side, but now that we have tempurpedic he sleeps all night!

Here is something cheaper and works just as the same: tempurpedic pillow toppers!! If you buy this u wont have to purchase a new mattress… this will just go ontop of ur mattress. it works the same and we even got one for my sister in college on her dorm bed. i think we found ours at sams club….. good luck. they are amazing. i would suggest this over buying a new mattress. it will save u some money also.

Only you can determine which mattress configuration works and what doesn’t, but consider firm talalay latex with a wool fleece pad and a memory foam pillow.

    Probably one of these two:

It may not be your mattress at all. You could have a situational depression – able to fall asleep, but not stay asleep.

I have severe back and neck problems which gave me many miserable nights. Then I found the Tempurpedic mattress which is absolutely heaven to sleep on. It ccompletely supports your body but never puts any pressure against it. If you sleep with a partner you never feel them move at all as it does not transfer motion. There are lots of copycat brands out there, so be sure and try the real brand before you purchase. At the time we bought ours, there was a 30 day in home trial in which if you weren’t happy you could return it. They may still have this nice guarantee. You really have to lay on this bed to understand what I’m saying. Good luck!
